Joel is a great contractor. He is very knowledgeable and as far as I can tell knows how to complete any kind of home construction/remodel. He does not sub out the work to other contractors. He did all the work himself with his own crew and did a great job. He was very transparent with prices, time-line and how he would complete the remodel. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs some remodeling or larger projects. I will definitely use his services again in the future if I need anymore repairs or remodeling. This crew built a privacy fence for me, coordinating with two sets of neighbors making sure we all got exact what we wanted, with no interaction on my part needed.
