I give 2stars because the water is ok to water plants and the lady's at office are nice. 2 to 3 times a month my water is Rusty brown.i have New piping from meter to home so it's not my side. They don't read the meter I watch for it and the box is usually full of mud and water.i have no leaks and it will be 8000 gallons one month then 4000 the next then 6000 , than 3.. so not a well ran organization.ad we pay for it...

Zero Stars - monthly bill is inconsistent and unbearably high. Cannot believe how ridiculous the water department continuously bills each address with little to no explanation. Hands down, I would say it is my least favorite day of the month when I receive my bill in the mail.

Fraudulent billing practices! Overcharged 5k gallons one month then changed the meter readings & claimed they're meter can run backwards! Still billed for the minimum usage for that billing cycle but usage was -0-! Unethical, lieing, fraudulent people running this place. Public Utilities Commission should investigate them... notified!
