I called in and had the phone answered by Connie. She was professional and scheduled us for a septic pumping 2 days later, with a price and expectations.
On time, Mr Jonathan Greer showed up and started prepping the area and his truck. He made observations that there were some missing components and informed us that Mr. Richard Peterson was actually on his way to meet him and he could provide a more in depth analysis and information.
As a business representative and a homeowner in the Orange county area, A1 Peterson Plumbing has always been at the appointed place when they said they would be and, they have performed the required repairs or appliance replacement with the utmost professionalism. I have been pleased with their work along with the friendship we have between business relationship and personally. You may find it cheaper somewhere else, but you won't find the kind of attention to detail you get from A1 Peterson. If you want it done right the first time, give them a call. A home inspection required us to have repairs completed, I called A-1 Peterson plumbing at 10:am, Richard called me right away and met me at the home a few hours later. For all of the plumbing work he quoted me a very reasonable price and finished the job within a timely manner.
The staff is very professional and make sure your needs are met. Thank you Mr. Peterson.
