“Phenomenal service from Cody today. I have have been to blo blow dry bars all over the country and the minute somebody starts touching my hair, I can kind of tell if they know what they're doing. Even though I was running late from coming in from a different city, she quickly handled the delay and did my hair exactly the way I asked her too, including adding extra product to make sure the hair will maintain for as long as I needed. “EASILY the best salon experience I've had. I got a curly cut with Paxton, and she was so willing to answer my questions & share her knowledge when I asked for education to better take care of my hair between cuts. I am originally from the East coast with quite a different climate, and have been struggling with adapting in SA for two years now. I cut off all my hair at one point, and had given up on my curly products. I was so scared to go down the rabbit hole of buying product after product that wouldn't work like I've heard others do, especially since I had gone through a journey like that before settling on what I used back home. Now, I have products I know work with my hair here and will keep my 2b/2c healthy, instead of the straight it had flattened to. I came in knowing I wanted to switch out my products, so getting them 20% was a super happy surprise (especially the bounce curly brush, which I'd been waiting for months to buy on my own! Better price than I could get in any store with the discount). I know I am in good hands, as Paxton asked my preferences at each step, and is super adaptable to the client.
