We were very fortunate to have found Craig Grove to be our agent for the sale of our home. In every way he was there for us... from knowing what to recommend to repair/renovate or not; to knowing contractors to recommend who do quality work yet are reasonably priced; to knowing the area intimately to formulate a listing strategy; to even knowing the perfect month in which to list our home for the best timing. He was responsive from the time we called him to the time of closing date and always seemed to make time to see us when we asked. He always went the extra mile for us - even as far as letting us borrow personal equipment of his in order to help us finish the renovations on time. In the end, closing was even one week early. He had told us from the beginning what we had to do to get top dollar for our home and, despite there being no guarantees, in the end he was true to his word - Not only did we get top dollar (after following his recommendations and strategy), but our home sold for the highest sale price in that area up to that date (for a home that was not a new construction).
