I went to get glasses on Sept. 25. I had a very pleasant visit. I was there for awhile. Rhea Costales was real friendly and patient. She took her time explaining everything. I would definitely go back if I need to.
I wish I could erase my review for Carolyn Kaufmann. She was wonderful when picking out and buying my glasses, she asked me to leave a review and I did. BUT whenever I came to get them adjusted she was rude, I guess she only is nice for reviews.when I came back 2 days after picking up my glasses I told her there was a problem with them. She tried to sell me something to fix it telling me it’s not covered under warranty. After 4 more attempts to have them fixed I went to another person.Eva Gonzolas she agreed the glasses were too large for me and adjusting them wouldn’t work.
