rented a JLG from United Rentals, they delivered the equipment early the day of the rental, and we used it, I had never had an issue with any equipment I rent from them, I guess there is always a first time, the equipment developed a hydraulic leak about an hour before we were done using it that day, it was a one day rental, call it in about 12:15PM and they dispatched a repair tech out of Midland, the communication between us and the technician was excellent, I had an ETA, was notified when he was on site to do the repair, it took him about 30 -45 min to get if back up and running, we needed to get the job done and get the hired help off the clock and on there way home....read full review
