My 84 year old mother contacted them to assist her after a large water leak damaged her property. They did come out and assist her with getting her mold remediated with ozone machines. They were then going to assist her with restoring and repairing the damage to her property through her insurance company. She has never heard back from this company since. She has been out of her property since Feb 11 and it is almost June.
The onsite service was great and top notch. The customer service from the office and management was lacking. After taking them 4 months to sort things out on their end with the insurance company they couldn't wait for us to sort things out with the insurance company on our end. They contacted us almost daily about payment, even though it took them 4 months on their end. It felt like dealing with a car salesman.
