The doctors were good as was the medical staff, However the office staff really didn't care whether patients ( customers) lived or died, they had no intention of doing their jobs or even being polite; because of this I'm still searching for a gastroenterologist, Gupta, whose work I approved of had me do a lot of tests in later January, but all access to him has been blocked so I have no idea what he found. I'm told all the pro care offices are that way
Worst customer service every! Dina with billings is rude, and very unhelpful. I called in to try and pay a bill that I never received a statement on and she pretty much told me I was an idiot and she would not help me at all. I will absolutely never use medical center again.
