I am not sure what Roger Davis is talking about. No sub has ever NOT been paid for COMPLETED work. Roger Davis doesn't ring a bell, but your welcome to get ahold of us to discuss this issue. I would say, if in the unlikely event, you are in fact real and not a troll, you did not finish your work. In 20 years we don't have a record of Roger Davis as the owner of a subcontracting company we have used so I suspect this is not a real person. We have a very simple payment plan, Do your work, get paid. We also pay in a timely manner, unlike most of our peers.
