“Been coming here for a couple years now. My husband loves how heavy they press the jeans and they leave his shirts looking better than i can do with a iron lol. Ive only had one incident where someone clearly didnt know how to press, left starch all over his FR shirts. It did take a little argument with an employee i had only seen twice before but she did take them back to get redone at no charge (cause i wouldnt have paid for their mistake anyway). But overall i love this place the young man that works in the evening makes me feel like a valued customer! I never have to tell him my name cause hes already looking for my clothes when he sees me pulling up! If thats not excellent customer service idk what is. Hope yalls experience is a great as mine!“
