Christian and Henry worked their tails off cleaning my carpet. They cleaned a really dirty spot on my carpet I had been told wouldn't come clean. They got it clean. They also removed 90% - 95% of dried nail polish from the carpet. I didn't expect them to get this out but they did. Carpet Tech has also cleaned two oriental rugs for me. I had no hope that the white fringe on the carpet would come clean but it cleaned up sparkling white. I am very pleased with the cleaning service they provide. Zack, Junior and Demetri cleaned my carpets Friday and did an excellent job! I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, promptness and respectfulness! The entire visit was an absolutely pleasurable experience! They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. My little yorkie and I sat in my recliner the entire time. I have dreaded having my carpet cleaned and have put it off due to the cost and inconvenience for a long time. The cost was reasonable and it was painless!!! Thank you Carpet Tech!!!
Chase and his crew came to Mom's place right on time after keeping us abreast via text on their arrival time & including his picture so that we would know whom to expect. They were courteous and explained in detail what they would do and the pricing before starting the cleaning process. The carpet and furniture looked great after they finished and the whole process was done in an hour with the house looking and smelling fantastic!! I would highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.
