I booked my Grandma’s appointment 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Gave her insurance information and was told they accept it.
They called me THE NIGHT BEFORE her appointment to tell me they do not accept her insurance and she would have to pay out of pocket!!!
They had 3 weeks to verify the information and now we have to find another Eye doctor in network! AND WAIT HOWEVER LONG FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!
This place is a joke with no organization or consideration for other peoples time!!!
