I dropped off a pair of slacks mid-March. When I tried to pick them up, they said the slacks weren't there. I told them I had not picked them up previously, but that I was leaving town and would they look for them. I would return after April 1 and get them then. When I returned, still no slacks. In the meantime, I went through all the closets in my house and no slacks. I returned with a copy of the receipt including my name, address and phone number and asked for payment for the slacks. I dropped off a pair of slacks mid-March. When I tried to pick them up, they said the slacks weren't there. I told them I had not picked them up previously, but that I was leaving town and would they look for them. I would return after April 1 and get them then. When I returned, still no slacks. After return trips "because I had to speak to the owner," I eventually spoke to him and he told me that I had picked them up (because his computer indicated they had been picked up) and they were hidden in my closet! I repeated that I had NOT picked up the slacks and they were not in any closet in my house. After trying once more to get them to pay for the slacks, I told them I did not know to whom they had given my garment, but it was not to me and I would not be returning. Someone has a pair of black, winter-weight knit slacks in their closet that were given to them by the cleaners, but belong to me. I would not recommend using this cleaners because they do not accept responsibility when they make mistakes.

My wife had taken my daughter's letterman jacket to Best cleaners for service. She dropped the jacket off with no issues. The next day she was called and advised that the owner refused to clean the jacket due to the fact some gems were glued to the lettering on the back of the jacket and he was concerned that the gems would come off and damage the machine. Ok I can see this, my wife was told to remove the gems and bring the jacket back. Her and my daughter removed the gems and traveled across town once again to drop off the jacket. The manager again refused to clean the jacket. Sooo why did you ask her to bring the jacket back?
