We recently had a termite inspection done by Massey, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. After getting quotes from Terminix and another local company, the difference was night and day. Vince and Robert were incredibly thorough. They spent much more time inspecting and evaluating our home than the other companies did. Their attention to detail was truly impressive and gave me a lot more confidence in their assessment. Mr. James does a wonderful job every time he comes out to our location. He takes time to have a few minutes of personal chat to see how we are doing. He goes out and does his job and always comes back in and give an update of what is going on. Thank you for all you do Mr. James!
