We are so happy with our new Pulte home. The workmanship was outstanding and we couldn't be happier! Pulte gave us a completion window of December to February and we were able to close on our home at the end of December. Blake & Rhonda were AMAZING throughout the process and we will miss our weekly calls with them. Thank you to the entire Pulte team!
I am in my second year in my Pulte home in Wildridge and could not be happier with my decision to build and move here. The community is welcoming, my home ? is as energy efficient as promised, and the floor plan (McKinney) is perfect for my life.On the down side, the floors had a manufacturing defect but Pulte took care of the problem (maybe not as quickly as I would have preferred) but my new floors are beautiful. I have neighbors living in other builder’s home who have had many issues that I have not. At least so far, this is a well-built home and an excellent investment.Service: Home building
The quality and timeliness of completion of the house were precise. I truly appreciate the communications that the team has with the customers. Keep up this quality- Pulte, this is what differentiates you with other builders.
