This is my first time in this new-ish salon. Let me tell you- my technician Thai gives the best foot massage I’ve ever had in a nail salon! Highly recommend her! So calming and kind, very thorough! Will be back!

So, I made a 4:30 appointment, arrived at 4:22, didn’t get seated until 5:35. Mind you I also had my 5 year old with me who was getting mani/pedi, too. I finally got up and asked what the wait was, and they quickly got me seated so I am guessing they forgot about us. The front guy is nice, but looked me directly in my eyes and turned away and then offered others who were waiting drinks. I wasn’t offered a drink during my hour wait nor was my kid. Eventually my nail tech asked and got them herself amongst all of her other duties. I also asked the front guy to bring me the gel color swatches and he said ok, then never brought them. Again, the nail tech who was doing my fingers wound up bringing them. On the bright side, the technicians themselves were kind, thorough and gave us both what we wanted. Happy with both of our nails. So I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend this place, I’d just say that they need some work on appointment timeliness and overall awareness.
