Had to do the hardest thing putting my mom’s cat to rest, my mom passed away 4 months prior. They were so professional and caring. Walked in they could see my stress and tears and they just led me to a room. Sweet Nala was stressed but they calmed her down and there was no time pressure or negative pressure. What a gem of a practice. They really care.

Absolutely outstanding service. I am new to the area and had an urgent need to get my dog in today. They were able to see me and move their schedule around for tomorrow morning for my dogs emergent mouth surgery. They were kind, prompt, and so compassionate with us and our pup. Couldn't recommend them enough. ​

North Lake Pet Hospital has been absolutely wonderful. While I was on vacation, my dog’s health declined very quickly and our pet sitter had to bring her in. Dr. Nejtek cared for her and guided me through the entire process, even from afar. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down. This was an incredibly difficult time for my family, but the compassion and communication I received from Dr. Nejtek exceeded all expectations.

Today, I received a handwritten letter from Dr. Nejtek and the entire staff offering their condolences. That personal touch truly showed how much they cared, not just about me, but about my beloved dog. I cannot...read full review
