I do not like leaving reviews unless I can be the cheerleader and leave high ones. I was referred to Arjuva by a friend and I was so excited as I just had a major surgery and needed the help. The communication in this office is terrible. First calls back and forth trying to figure out if my insurance would. Work. Due to my surgery there literally should have been nothing out of pocket for me. That was my understanding. Loved the doctor but there was no explanation of how much I would have to pay up front to have the pellets. I don’t have $500 floating around in my budget to pay with no heads up or preparing. Such a refreshing and positive experience! All of the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed the bright colors, decor, and atmosphere. And there’s music playing!!!! The providers are very thorough and show such compassion about each patient and their care plan. Thank ya’ll ❤️
I needed to establish with a new PCP as my previous one decided to stop practicing. I found Adjuva Health and read reviews that were very positive so thought I would give it a try. I have been super impressed so far with all of the staff and Dr. Stinnett. My first appointment they took a thorough history and got to know me and truly listened. Then we had some blood drawn which was easy peasy early one morning at the office. Then I came back and Dr. Stinnett sat down and really took the time to explain everything that was going on and validated why I was feeling the way I was and we worked on a treatment plan!
