Public Service Announcement. The Hygienist here is great! She is very good. Everything else about this office should be a case study on how not to treat people. The front office staff in my experience is the among the worst I've ever experienced in terms of basic communication and customer service skills. I would rather deal with the motor vehicle office. I wouldn't recommend the NRH Monarch Dental unless you're in a bind.
One of those places that you go, and everything changes from what you set up. Person before me was shocked on their bill and was really ticked off. I ended up leaving before doing anything because I scheduled a teeth cleaning with them and ended up being told that I had scheduled for an exam. No way I would've messed that up. Staff was fairly friendly and place extremely clean. Wish their communication was better.
