I recently called Bombshell Salon, and I was fortunate to speak with Brittany. My five-year-old daughter has been dealing with alopecia, which led to a significant hair loss. She made the brave decision to shave off the remaining hair. Brittany, being the wonderful person she is, went above and beyond. I've gone to this salon many times, even though I don't live in the area. I've always been able to get in when needed and had good stylists. At my last appointment, I had a stylist I hadn't had before and I'm so glad I got scheduled with her. Brittany was so great, communicated up front what she was going to do so I was aware and could ask questions if needed. She also told me how much I should expect to pay, which was super helpful instead of waiting until the end. She fixed my color and gave me a great cut, which I got lots of compliments on! But the best thing about Brittany is what I learned about her. Over her years of being a stylist, she's gained a special clientele of women who have dealt with various types of trauma, and getting their hair cut could be a hard thing to do. She's developed an approach and demeanor that is sensitive and caring towards others that could be triggered easily.
