When we got orders to San Antonio we decided we wanted to buy a house. We interviewed a few realtors and we immediately got along well with Matt. We were attracted to how knowledgeable he was about the area, that he had a unique understanding of our military life style, and he was easy to talk to. We bought our house sight unseen and Matt went above and beyond for us. We sent him resell and he dug into each one for us. We decided to buy a new build and he reached out to the best builders on our behalf. We picked our favorites and he did a live virtual walkthrough of each one. We chatted over our options and made an offer. Matt advocated for us through the whole process. He got great extras for us and was uncompromising on making sure we were taken care of and got the best house possible. He did multiple walk throughs for us including the 3rd party home inspector, his own blue tape inspection, and the final walkthrough. Matt answered alllll of our questions. From questions about the home buying process to very specific questions about the house and the HOA. We enjoyed working with Matt and we highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home in the San Antonio area.
