Nate was awesome with the sale, getting me the right price, and follow up with the OnStar set up that was full of glitches. I recently had the pleasure of working with Cody, a service advisor at Chevy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Cody quickly arranged for a diagnostic on my vehicle and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process.
The diagnostic revealed that the issue was covered by my warranty, which was a huge relief. Cody made sure to schedule my service on a date that worked well, even letting me know in advance that it would be a busy day, so I could plan accordingly. Despite the busy schedule, the team got the work done quickly and efficiently, which exceeded my expectations.
I made an appointment, the service consultant took down my information and I was promptly sent an email confirming appointment and what we discussed, told upfront it would be 2-3 days to diagnosis and repair. Received follow up emails text to confirm date and ability to change if needed. Much appreciated, very different from other local area dealers. Compliments to Shelby Rutledge, Service Consultant.
