Are family been without ac since the July floods and when FEMA finally approved us for help. Miss Amanda and Mr. Chris dropped everything and made sure we got the help that same day. Last night was the best night we have had since the floods. I would recommend Thayer over ever other company there is. From my hole family thank y'all so very much for being there for us. Willie was the hero of our weekend when BOTH of our existing (old) AC systems expired in one weekend (with our kids home from college nonetheless). I really appreciated his transparency, expertise and had a good sense of trust from the get go. He came immediately and even the next day again just to check in. He made sure we had backup AC units, got one unit to run in the interim, while our new installs happened on Monday. He came thru for a final inspection and made sure to address everything with a fine tooth comb. Hands down, would recommend Willie for your AC support or new needs!
We needed follow-up service and Thayer had a representative at the house within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed and running that within 30 minutes!
I want to specifically name the representative- Gavin- because he did an excellent job of explaining the issues in a very understandable way and was also very personable.
