Amazing service in the New Braunfels area! I reached out when we first moved into our home to get our extremely old couches a spruce up. Not only did our couches end up looking and smelling brand new (which with 2 dogs and a cat seemed impossible) but the level of service and communication was absolutely amazing! I reached out again to get our carpet clean as my aged dog has been struggling with incontinence. Honestly, the carpet had gotten BAD. Not only was Matt able to fit me in quickly, his level of service is impeccable! You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and ensuring that he is doing the best he can for his customers! I did not expect that my carpet would be able to be salvaged from staining. I went in with the expectation of just removing odor and sanitizing them. Y’all, the carpet looks like it did when we moved in! Cannot recommend enough!! So happy to use such an amazing locally owned business!! I will always be a repeat customer!
I’ve used Matt several times over the past few years. This most recent clean my daughters carpet was horrific. I thought we could get one last clean in before replacing the carpet later this summer. And it looks incredible! We may be able to get it another year of life and past her gross teenage trash panda stage now. 💙💙💙
