I highly recommend Matt with Simply Clean Carpets. Today was the second time I’ve used him over the past few years and both times he did an amazing job. He got out stains that were a couple of years old and I love that he does a double extraction, so my carpets dry in about 8 hours or so, instead of the normal 20+ hours. Matt is very personable and he kept me updated on his arrival time by text. Over the years I’d tried several other companies and none did as good a job as Matt.

Amazing service in the New Braunfels area! I reached out when we first moved into our home to get our extremely old couches a spruce up. Not only did our couches end up looking and smelling brand new (which with 2 dogs and a cat seemed impossible) but the level of service and communication was absolutely amazing! I reached out again to get our carpet clean as my aged dog has been struggling with incontinence. Honestly, the carpet had gotten BAD. Not only was Matt able to fit me in quickly, his level of service is impeccable! You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and ensuring that he is doing the best he can for his customers! I did not expect that my carpet would be able to be salvaged from staining. I went in with the expectation of just removing odor and sanitizing them. Y’all, the carpet looks like it did when we moved in! Cannot recommend enough!! So happy to use such an amazing locally owned business!! I will always be a repeat customer!
