I have been seeing Ryan for a while mainly focusing on healing for my chronic neck and jaw issues. She has always taken the time to listen and tailor my session to what I need. This week I shared some new issues I was having with my lower back so she shifted to that area. My issue was mainly while sleeping, pain would wake me up and could hardly get out of bed. That very night after my MFR I slept the entire night pain free and no pain when I woke up. I have been dealing with this issue for a couple of months and one session helped so much. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing six two-hour Myofascial Release (MFR) sessions with Ryan over two consecutive days. Each session was thoughtfully paired with integrative mindfulness and sound healing, which really set the tone for deep healing. MFR is distinct from traditional massage as it focuses on releasing the fascia, the connective tissue that encases our muscles, rather than the muscles themselves. This creates space and allows for a deeper physical and emotional release, which I found to be incredibly transformative.

I got to work with Ryan recently and she is so gifted at what she does. I went to see her for Myofascial Release Therapy 3 times a week for a month straight. I still feel so much better from my work with her. I’m so grateful for it reducing my pelvic pain and the mental and emotional release I experienced from releasing what I was storing in the tissues in my body.
I loved getting to walk into her studio. Her space is so calming, inviting and relaxing. I’m going to have to book another session just to get back there. She truly is such a delightful presence. She goes to work helping you release restrictions and pain in your body with a loving force... read full review
