The single-person sauna unit is in its own room of the house...private and separated from the main room where classes take place. It's great to have a comfortable space where you can set down your belongings, change, and enter/exit the sauna without others walking by and without having to walk back and forth from a locker room facility. The staff is always very nice and friendly, and making reservations on their website is quite easy.“
