From the minute you walk in the service is exceptional! Front desk staff greets you kindly, dental assistant makes you feel relaxed and calm. I am sure both dentist are great but we saw Dr. Alvarado. Never have either of us experienced this kind of service and kindness at a dentist office. Hard to find it anywhere. Dr. Alvarado was extremely understanding about my anxiety took time, gave me breaks, and got me out of the chair as quickly and painlessly as possible. That kind of service made us schedule our follow ups instead of wanting to run and hide. Trust me, this was a 10/10 if not better! Thank you to the entire team!! ? See you soon!
I've been a loyal patient at New Braunfels Dental for many years, and Dr. Heinrich consistently delivers excellent care. The entire team is polite and genuinely attentive to my wellbeing, making every visit a positive experience.
Dr. Heinrich and his staff are excellent! It is a very efficient office. I was afraid to see a dentist because I had PTSD from a failed dental procedure in 2019. I was embarrassed for the staff to see me teeth. They did not judge me. I am so happy with my dental work. I can smile now.
