Mr. Electric installed our ceiling fan and did a fantastic job. I like that they come onsite to quote, then after approval to start the job, they took photos of the job before starting. Then they worked on the job and when they were done, they took photos of the completed job to show their work. I'm not sure if their pricing is equal to others, but their quality is great and this was the second time we used them and I plan to use them again. Note: When I first used them at the beginning of 2024, they where easy to work with and from what I remember, there pricing was in the middle.
The service was great! ****** was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained in detail every step of the process. Everything was left clean and in order. He explained the next step of the process concerning CPS. Again, very knowledgeable.
**** was extremely thorough, and explained what and why we were having the issues. He was honest and helpful which is unfortunately rare in my experience dealing with home service companies in the area. He also showed me where prior companies had installed / wired the house wrong or in a lackluster / cutting corners way. We will only use Mr Electric in the future. I would request **** is possible, and you will definitely be satisfied.
