JT's Pet Spa is a hidden gem for grooming service, conveniently located and very clean. The crew is amazing, treating every pet like family and accommodating even during busy times. Customers are always happy with the soft, amazing-smelling pets they pick up, often with cute bandannas. The staff is caring and attentive, making sure pets feel safe and comfortable during their grooming. They did a wonderful job on a dog’s mats without shaving, showing real skill and patience. The groomers spend time with each pet, and owners appreciate the updates during the process. With great customer service and quick turnaround, JT's Pet Spa is one of the best places to take your furry friend.
JT Pet Spa is the only grooming service I trust for my 14 year old pug. They are patient and always go out of their way to make her comfortable. I highly recommend them!
Just picked up our Buddy & LuLu and they look great! JT's Pet Spa in New Braunfels is super close and Mrs. Deb did such an amazing job grooming them. You can tell she loves our pups as if they were her own. We'll definitely be bringing them back. Thank you!!
