This place is sneaky and adds multiple charges to your bill without telling you anything! Absolutely horrible! This was my first (and LAST) time using this place. I made it very clear on the phone when I scheduled the appointment that I wanted the price of everything I asked for, so they knew I was picky about money and services. I asked for a printed out quote before I dropped my dog off and I was okay with the price ($332) because it had everything he needed. When I go to pick him up they tell me my total is $500! I asked how it went up so much and they said that they also did blood work, gave him a bath, and did an ear cytology. I did NOT ask for any of those services!... read full review

My dog is on daily medication for seizures that she cannot miss. If she does, she can have breakthrough seizures and end up in the hospital to be stabilized. My husband and I switched to Creek View when we moved from San Marcos to New Braunfels, but her former vet was still filling her med as she still had a script on file at Walgreens. I should have been more diligent in checking on how many refills my little girl had left, but I dropped the ball. I called Walgreens for a refill and realized I was out. I called Creek View to ask if they could fill the medication and I was told they could not unless they had a script from her previous vet. I have sent them her records... read full review
