If I could give zero stars I would. She doesn’t return calls or emails once you’ve paid her. She claimed to have sent my amended return back in March. I finally got a hold of someone with the IRS today since she never would pick up the phone. I just found out she never sent it in. I see a few other similar reviews but it looks like she’s been deleting them. Shame on you Jeannie for treating people this way. Word of mouth will do wonders for you, hopefully in the way you deserve.

Last year was great working with Taxperts but this year I cannot get an answer after I gave all the paperwork to her. I am concerned and upset that someone who I trusted to do my taxes won’t respond to me. I don’t have any clue what my next step is and I’m just praying I can file in time and get my paperwork back. It’s been several months since I’ve gotten a response.

The absolute best place to get your taxes done. She was able to get me the most money for less then the other places. She even corrected my prior year that was done by another company! Most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions. Simply put Jeanie made us feel like we are important and not just another customer.
