Elizabeth and Crystal are awesome. They are fun and kind people while making me look and feel great. It's hard to find a decent haircut these days and this is top shelf quality! I'm so happy I gave them my business and will continue to support this cozy little spot. Also, I love their booking service online. Very professional, easy and modern.
Excellent Experience. Brought my 83 year-old Father with Parkinsons to his first haircut as a New Braunfels resident ( after a full life in Austin). Crystal was fantastic. If I had hair, she would be my Stylist hands down.
I was in New Braunfels for Thanksgiving with family. I saw a Black Hat card on a bulletin board and scheduled an appointment. Elizabeth was WONDERFUL. I had a full head straight razor shave and beard clean up, neck shave. Elizabeth was a great conversationalist and very professional in her shave technique. I wish I lived in town and could visit more often, will definitely be back next Thanksgiving.
