At 8:00 on a Monday morning, I noticed a wet spot on a bedroom carpet next to the garage…walked out to a leaking, dripping water heater…3 hours later, Reliance was done and gone…new water heater installed…and not quite the sticker shock I imagined it would be…Thank you for the timely service….

Skyler came to Arista due to a major plumbing issue that left our residents in a building without water a day before a major holiday. sent a tech out to the house, replaced a fuse, fuse didn't hold initially, supervisor came by (Chris) and found a short in the thermostat, repaired and replaced all sorts of circuitry, explained everything to me as he went along, a real pleasure to work with, had the unit up and running in no time, I do recommend this company, I've used them for heating and air/and plumbing, very professional and bent over backwards to make it right at no additional charge, can't say enough about there dedication to the customer and quality of their work, if you need it done and you want it done right and affordable ...these are the guys to call.
