First time coming to this salon and couldn’t have felt more welcome. Lisa was fantastic from start to finish. Listened to how I wanted my hair cut and made it happen. I absolutely love my hair now !!!!

I walked in because I had been in another place that terribly messed my hair up and walked out of Universal Hair Studio a very HAPPY CAMPER. I will definitely be back, such a sweet and caring lady that made me feel right at home.

I finally got the guts to go super short-my first pixie cut that I've always wanted but always got the "safe" choice bob instead... Lisa made sure to shape it just right for my face, and offered to fix anything that didn't happen to lay right, but it's been two days and it still looks just like I wanted.
