This place is absolutely amazing I go here a lot and all the people are so friendly, Especially Jack sparks who always makes sure my vehicle is extra squeaky clean before I go through the wash 5 stars!

Jack has that mix of professionalism and charisma that makes you want to come back even if your car isn’t dirty . He works fast, he works clean, and he somehow makes customer service feel like a VIP moment. The way he pays attention to detail? Unreal. The man is amazing at what he does. tidal wave is blessed to have him.

Washed my Toyota Tundra a few times there. Very good results except a few area where the brush didn’t hit on the side. Staff was nice and helpful. Only one vacuum per bay to clean the interior.
