Im new to Nacogdoches and I haven't worked out for... forever. Im really out of shape. I was worried about CrossFit gyms initially because Im short, fat, uncoordinated and kind of useless. Im so glad I joined and got the courage up to go in! It's such a welcoming environment and people are so friendly. I'm perpetually embarrassed by myself, but I don't feel it there. There are people in all stages of a fitness journey and all ages. If you are worried about attending for any reason, just go in and try it once, really. So happy I signed up!

I’m not in the typical age group that attends a gym three days a week. But age is just a number right!I’ve spent the last 18 months getting to know Caleb, his staff, and the NarroWay family and it has made all the difference in my commitment to continue going. My daughter and son-in-law join an amazing group of athletes who make CrossFit workouts something I look forward to every MWF and they don’t even feel bad when I out plank them on occasion.Caleb takes an active role in his business and it shows in the relationships he has with each of the members.

I join Narroway with zero experience in CrossFit and have had a wonderful experience. All the coaches are helpful and have made me successful in my workouts.I have had a pregnancy while being a member and coaches help make safe modifications for me. Thanks to all the coaches!
