Working with Bethany was a pleasure. We were visiting from out or town and just happened upon a house for sale. We had been looking for years. We called and asked to view the house and Bethany was able to accomodate us within a couple of hours. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable and prepared. She helped us thru some technical easement discussions and always responded to text, email. My husband can be demanding when it comes to spending money. Bethany never lost her service minded attitude with him. We would absolutely work with her again. Easiest house purchase ever because of her and her team.
Bethany Orheim was a gift from God to our family. We decided some time ago that we would relocate to Texas. As retirees, we were looking for a slower pace of life, along with conservative values, that East Texas had to offer. We began our physical search of various cities and towns within East Texas in March 2025. We had one agent showing us multiple homes that we had selected from various multiple-listing websites, which listed homes in the area of interest. We found one home we liked, but the agent we had at the time did not conduct the negotiations efficiently. This was a challenging project, selling one house while buying another on a smaller budget. Bethany was so patient and positive as we searched for the perfect solution. She made the whole process fun!
