We have enjoyed Robert Suits both as an honest individual businessman and personally. He is frank and honest which are traits that are not as common today as when we were younger. I used the internet to evaluate a number of companies with a list of questions about pricing. Robert was one of the few who would really quote a price until they get there even for simple questions like what is the price of a pound of Freon. Good people and good work.

It was 22 degrees in December, 2011, and the furnace stopped working. First, the repair man quickly diagnosed the thermostat to be working properly and then checked the furnace and blower. Even though the dryer and oven and for that matter every other electrical appliance was operating fine, the furnace, which operates at 240 volts, wasn't. But why were the oven and dryer working, if they operate at 240 volts, but not the furnace or blower? He tested the furnace and blower and found no voltage there at all. He then tested the voltage at the circuit panel, and was able to see that there was no voltage on one of the phases at the circuit panel, which is why the furnace... read full review
