I just wanted to put in a great word for Caliber Auto Care. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and attentive. When I got there yesterday (Friday) they seemed pretty busy. When I pulled up to the bay (I was wanting to get an inspection done) I was approached by one of the techs. I told him what I needed and he said that they could do that but that it would probably be an hour before they could get to it. I had nothing better to do so I reluctantly agreed. He then told one of the techs to escort me to the sales room. I was then escorted until I got to the counter in the sales room. I was immediately acknowledged and the process of getting me into the system and what I needed done was quick and painless. I was then told to please make myself comfortable they had Starbucks vending and tea and water available complimentary. I then rounded the corner and was met with the most amazing waiting area I have ever seen. A giant screen TV. Beautiful and comfortable seating. It really felt at home and a FAR cry from your typical dingy automotive waiting rooms where you're not sure you should touch anything, much less drink the coffee. I had to wait probably 20 minutes and they had my vehicle ready and I was out of there in less than half an hour. I can't say everyone's experience will be the same. In fact, I would just say it probably won't be as far as time is concerned. The gentleman who assisted me was personable and very professional. To say I was absolutely impressed with my experience would be an understatement. I will be returning with any of my automotive needs. I'd give them 5 stars but that wouldn't be nearly enough. Absolutely love coming here for our car needs. They always have fair pricing, great conversation, clean and fast!! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
