Need clearer instructions on the 3 and 4 load washers.could not tell which dispensers for soap and which for softeners...evidently I confused them. My laundry still had lots of "suds" during the extra rinse, so had to run the entire wash with nothing added to be sure the soap was washed away...made it VERY EXPENSIVE !

Grateful for a place to do laundry in this small town until our home gets situated, however the owner or whoever is in charge of cleanliness should really tidy up a little more. Sometimes the washers have dog hair or grass, and the floor never gets mopped or swept. Whenever you try to get the wrinkles out of your clothes by shaking them off before folding all sorts of dust and hair particles go in your eyes and nose. This is by far the worst laundromat I have ever been to, but right now I don't have a choice unless I want to drive an hour away to Wichita. Please tidy up better for your patrons please and thank you.
