“Requested a consult on redoing my shower grout since the grout was flaking away. Mr. Yergenson arrived within 2 days to give me an appropriate estimate. Work was scheduled at my convenience. The crew arrived on time as scheduled. The worker was polite and easy to talk with. He kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Before he left he cleaned up the work area. When time to pay Mr Yergenson deducted several hundred dollars due to the job taking less time than expected. Not part of the order, I had a leaky shower door and he took the time to place a new seal on the door. Very considerate. Will use again.“
