I recently bought a pre-owned car from Sandlin Motors. They were terrific. Went out of their way to help with the financing & with my daughter's & my varied schedules. Very friendly & helpful. The car is running terrific & I'm so very happy about it. Juan was a great agent & kept in touch with both my daughter & me. The finance person (sorry, lousy with names & can't remember his name) was friendly & funny & quite helpful. I would definitely recommend Sandlin Motors.
I spoke with service writer Edgar Adame yesterday about scheduling my truck to have the "Takata Air Bag Recall" done today since I had a chiropractor appointment scheduled at 11:15 AM Tues. He scheduled me for 1:15 PM when his technicians would be back from lunch. After my chiro appointment, I swung by the dealership and he logged it in. I walked down the street, got lunch, visited a pawn & gun shop and returned to the dealership. I visited a few other friendly people at the dealership, had coffee, hung out in the customer lounge for awhile, and shortly after 2:00 PM Edgar informed me that my old truck was ready to take me home. In and out in a timely fashion, with a recall that has affected numerous other automotive brands considering so many utilized the Takata parts. All in all it was a good experience.
