I had a wonderful experience at Glam Nails & Beauty Salon, where the warm and inviting atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The staff were friendly, ensuring my comfort throughout the appointment, without attempting to upsell or rush me. Notably, they made an effort to engage with me, despite my self-described social awkwardness. Furthermore, the technicians demonstrated patience and attentiveness, periodically checking on my satisfaction with the manicure. One technician even went above and beyond to calm a distressed baby, showcasing their exceptional professionalism. Overall, I highly recommend Glam Nails & Beauty Salon for its unique blend of hospitality and professionalism.
10/10! Will be back, will recommend to everyone. I have so many opinions about my visit today 😅 1. I have crooked fingers and I like getting acrylics. It is SO hard to find a shop that's clean, personable, AND can give me straight nails. All were accomplished here on my first visit (With Diana). 2. It's so well laid out. The nail techs aren't all on top of each other and crammed together, it's very anti-claustrophobia and I am personally a huge fan of that. 3. It's clean! Huge thing for me and nail salons. 4. The clients and techs were actually all talking, no eery silence through the sound of nail drills. It made the place feel more welcoming. 5. The results. My end result was literally the exact same as my inspiration photo. 6. Price! I got a full set and a pedicure for $75 (Diana Thursday special), which is totally appropriate to me! 7. THEY. DO. FILLS. I'm so tired of salons that push for new sets every 3 weeks instead of a fill 😭 8. Did I mention that not once was I upsold? I don't like gel on my toes (sensory issue), just plain polish, and wearing it down gives me a better excuse to come get them done again. But the last 3 or 4 salons I've been to were all crazy pushy about upgrading to a gel pedi. *DID. NOT. HAPPEN. HERE.* 9. Also they have the dip/acrylic powder, gel, and normal polish in the matching sets so you can get your acrylic nails the same color as your normal toe polish instead of having to eyeball it and it made my cheap self happy 😂 10. The pedicure chair massage was user friendly and all the buttons worked. iykyk I'm an anxious person, but I'm not a picky client. Glam Nails was so dang refreshing compared to a lot of salons I've been to recently and I can safely say this is my new regular place.
