screen on my phone was cracked. Took it to them and they were very professional, and knowledgeable. When screen came in, it was defective and he said he would not let me walk out with that. He ordered another and had it expressed over night. The 2nd one was fine, and in no time he had my new screen up and working properly. I would definitely recommend them
