Ranger A/C was a life-saver! I have a specialty Cold Salt Hydrotherapy business for horses and was dead in the water after setting up at a venue in Katy, TX. My salt water wasn’t getting cold. After calling the manufacturer of the chilling unit, they recommended I call Ranger A/C as they have worked on this kind of specialized cooling unit. Kyle was able to come out for a same day appointment to diagnose. Lucky for me, the manufacturer of the cooling unit is located in Houston. I was able to pick up the replacement condenser coil and Ranger A/C was able to rearrange their schedule the very next day in order to install the part and get me back in business. Kyle was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and understood the importance of urgency in getting my business back up and running. I so appreciate these guys. Well done! Great customer service!!!
I will hands down always recommend ranger a/c. They have saved us 2 times on a Sunday same day!!!! Both guys sent out were absolutely polite, experienced and didn’t try to over sell anything. They come out on time with all the parts ready and always fix any problem. We had an issue with a friend of a friend who left us with fried wires and mother board. He claims to fix it but a year later ranger found the wires outside were exposed and arching. He was out to replace the capacitor and was done and just checking the unit and asked me to turn it back on and he just happened to see it! Thank God since that was definitely a fire hazard and he went ahead and replaced, cleaned up and taped all the wires! If he hadn’t have noticed not sure what could have happened but he spent 3 hours into the evening on a Sunday to fix everything and was very reasonably priced. I will never use anyone else!
Just started a maintenance plan with them.... only $169 for 2 visits per year. He cleaned the unit outside and it looks brand new!!! AND best of all... no surprises! The technician was here for about an hour and throughly checked the inside and outside, temperature, pressure, etc. So glad to have them as part of my home maintenence plan.
