I have been seeing Shelby for almost 2 yrs now! She is so smart and kind and the staff is very nice and welcoming each time I have an apt! I see her for HRT and weight loss and as my primary care physician my Daughter has also switched to her! I am very glad I found this place! Christian ladies who actually care about how you are feeling and leave the judging to Jesus!! ??
I have been a patient at Aneres Healthcare and Wellness Center since 2021 and I can honestly say that this has been by far the best place that I have been to for my hormone therapy. Mrs. Tracey took her time and helped me so much and got my hormones back on track where they needed to be. I tried going to Vytalus medical group in Kingwood because it was closer to my job and will never go back there. So, I'm back at my original place Aneres Healthcare. I will make that drive because Mrs. Tracey and her group are so awesome at what they do.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for a while now, and she’s been a game changer for me. I started on Mounjaro, got my testosterone checked (which was low), and she put me on TRT. She also set me up with a high protein, low carb diet, and the results speak for themselves.
I started at 298 lbs, and I’m currently at 237 lbs, and I still have a way to go. I hit the gym 3x a week and walk 2x a week to stay on track. If you trust the process and put in the work, you will see results.
Since starting TRT, I’ve gained muscle mass, my mood has improved, and my energy levels are through the roof.
