I moved into a place that had an RO system and I called to get information on getting it serviced. Ruby was very kind and got me an appointment that week!
My system had not been maintained for over two years and we did what Jason recommended. He was very nice and helpful and explained what he was doing and why.

About 4 years ago, I had a filtration system installed by Mr. Clean located in McAllen. The work on the installation was shoddy and the electrical work was sloppy. I was told to add salt, but never told how much or how often. When I tied reconnecting with Mr. Clean, I would go straight to voicemail and his office was no longer at the listed address. Very disappointing. Now enter WATERBOY! What a difference in both quality, and customer service. I was never pushed into purchasing something I didn't need or want.
