“Rebeca was great, started with some medical condition/medication and the whole consult was with that in mind, lots of visualization and explanation of how a balanced diet works, was afraid initially of the typical nutritionist experience where they hand you a menu and tell YOU what to eat and when, instead she went over how different foods work, and how they can be combined to form a balanced meal, even went over local brands and products, to put the decision in my hands after arming me with the knowledge i needed to work on my diet. All in all went home excited to work on myself, and looking forward to where I am in the next few months until the next visit. Thank you! ??“
