“I really wanted to love this place, we have gone multiple times because they have a child pedicure chair and my daughter enjoys it. I’ve only gotten pedicures up until today, when I didn’t want to do my own nails and my daughter wanted hers done for Halloween. Every time my daughters toes and finger nails chip, usually immediately or the next day for sure. I’ve done gel and regular polish for her. Today she got gel, again, as did I, so they’d last longer. It’s 3:20, we left there at 11:45 and a huge chunk just chipped off her thumb nail. Mine chipped by 2:00. I am a licensed cosmetologist and like I said, usually do my own and very rarely have issues with chipping, never in the place mine chipped from having them done today especially.“

“i had one lady, she kept fighting with me on how i wanted to do my nails. o wanted an almond shape and showed her the picture i came in with- she cut them square. i tried telling her i was hard of hearing but she wouldnt let me finish my sentence before saying she didnt want to do it anymore. so now im with a new guy- he cut me multiple times, didnt do anything about it. i got flower designs it bled together and he didnt fix it, just kept going with it. EDIT i went in today and LV fixed them and definitely took his time to make them look great. service was way better thank you!“
